Nutrient Values of Different Local Leafy Veggies

One common highlight in the health benefits of different greens is that they’re rich in nutrients. But what exactly are these nutrients and how much of them do different vegetables have?

From a quick look at the table, we can see which nutrient ranks the highest in each local leafy green. Drumstick and Tamarind leaves have the lowest sodium content which makes them extremely healthy for you!
