Arogya World was invited to participate in the third annual One Mind at Work Global Forum on September 11-12 in Napa Valley. It was the largest and most invigorating conference to date, with 140 mental health experts and advocates attending and a thoughtful and thorough agenda.
Nalini represented Arogya on The Global Mental Health Movement panel, which focused on how global momentum is shaping the mental health space, and how international alignment on key priorities will shape health policy in the future. She highlighted the contributions of Arogya World’s Healthy Workplaces in India program, especially that they include a comprehensive view of employee health, covering physical, mental even spiritual dimensions. She also shared that Arogya’s Platinum Healthy Workplace is gathering key data from mental health programs in Indian workplaces.
Other panelists included Shekhar Saxena, Professor of the Practice of Global Mental Health, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health; Genya Dana, Head of Precision Medicine, World Economic Forum. Craig Kramer, Mental Health Ambassador for Johnson & Johnson, moderated.
