In a defining moment for corporate wellness, Arogya World has introduced its most prestigious recognition yet: The Hall of Fame Award. This exclusive honor celebrates organizations that have set a gold standard in workplace health, well-being, and non-communicable disease (NCD) prevention, demonstrating exceptional leadership and sustained impact. In 2024, Reliance Industries, Godrej Industries, Bayer and Indian Oil Corporation were inducted into the Hall of Fame. They are true ambassadors of workplace health within and outside their workplaces. The world has a lot to learn from these exceptional companies and their leaders.

The rigorous multi-stage evaluation process, powered by an advanced tech platform, and with the input of an external jury. ensured that only the most transformative and forward-thinking organizations received this honor. Each company demonstrated a clear commitment to preventive healthcare, mental wellness, and sustainable health interventions—essential factors in driving productivity and organizational success.

Recognizing Corporate Pioneers in Employee Health

Arogya World has been at the forefront of workplace wellness, recognizing over 250 companies over the past 12 years. In 2024, 42 companies were honored across bronze, silver, and gold categories after undergoing a rigorous evaluation process. These assessments, aligned with WHO guidelines, focused on leadership commitment, mental and physical health programs, and innovative wellness initiatives.

 

Celebrating Excellence: Platinum-Level Achievements

2024 also saw seven companies—GAR Corporate Services, HCL Tech, Mahindra & Mahindra Limited (AFS), Otis Global Services Center, Petronet LNG, Vedanta, and Bosch—achieving the esteemed Platinum Healthy Workplace recognition. These organizations excelled in collecting quantitative health data and implementing impactful employee health initiatives. With their addition, the total number of Platinum-level organizations surpasses 50.

The conference featured several compelling panel discussions, each addressing critical aspects of workplace health, including

  • Nourishing ESG: The Intersection of Health, Nutrition & Sustainability: Led by Dr. Smriti Pahwa, this session included Christopher Board, Tarun Vij, Vivek Arora, and Prof. Anju Singh, and explored the synergies between health, environmental, and governance goals.
  • Proactive Management of Employee Heart Health: The Keystone of Corporate Sustainable Strategy: Moderated by Mai Tlau, this discussion featured Mr. Adarsh Holavanahalli, Dr. Rahul Kalia, and Ms. Vrinda Parasnis, emphasizing heart health as a cornerstone of corporate sustainability.

The conference also included an Action Ideation Workshop on what companies could do to improve health and tackle climate challenges, and an engaging session by Dr. Arun Kale on using data analytics to demonstrate wellness impact.
